On Saturday mummy and daddy took me to Alva. It was a long way in the car but it did not bother me because mummy sat with me in the back so I could chew my chew stick on her laps. Then I went to sleep in my old crate. The crate was too small for me now but it still gave me the secured feeling inside. Mummy did not close the door so my head was almost on her laps while the rest of me was in the crate.

Grandma and granddad were delighted to see me. When we arrived I had my lunch in the kitchen. I love grandma and granddad. After that we went out for a walk but on the way we met grandma’s friend named Marian. She petted me a lot. Then they were talking about something and ignored me and I got bored so I lied down on the pavement and waited patiently. Then we went for a walk to the park and it was my first walk in public ever. I met a big dog name Glen. He was alright, kinda old but cool. We sniffed at each others and mummy gave him some of my treats. I did not care because I was stuffed. It was because every time I went to granddad and I did not jump she would give me ‘Good boy’ and a treat. So I stopped and went to sit in front of granddad and let him pet me and I got a treat. Then we went back to the house after we met Glen. I was so tired and went to sleep on the floor. I did not know where mummy and daddy were because when I got up all I saw were grandma and granddad. Grandma was on her couch doing her Sudoku. Granddad took me out to pee and then I did #2 too. I just wanted to see if granddad knew what to do if I did #2 and it seemed like he was well prepared. Then mummy and daddy came back with some toys. Yeah!!!

Daddy and granddad went to buy Chinese food. They were away for almost an hour and grandma said they went to China to get Chinese food. I did not know how far China was but I guessed it must be very far. I had my dinner and when they were having their dinner I lied down under granddad’s chair and sleep. They said I was a very good boy that I did not bother while they were eating.
